加密貨幣交易所Bybit表示，將向散戶投資人提供以發行價參與代幣化首次公開募股（IPO）的機會，首期將推出SpaceX的代幣化IPO。

Bybit用戶可透過代幣化平台Payward的xStocks，認購公開交易股票的代幣化份額。

針對SpaceX的發行，註冊與認購將於2026年6月7日至6月11日進行，配額分配將於6月11日至6月12日最終確定。代幣化股份預計將於6月12日起在Bybit的現貨市場開始交易。用戶將能夠以IPO定價購買股份，從而避開二級市場的競爭，且無需開設或維護傳統的證券帳戶。

Crypto exchange Bybit said it will offer retail investors the opportunity to participate in tokenized initial public offerings (IPOs) at the issue price, starting with SpaceX as the first offering.

Bybit users can subscribe to tokenized shares of publicly traded stocks via xStocks, a tokenization platform operated by Payward.

For the SpaceX offering, registration and subscription will take place from June 7 to June 11, 2026, with allotments finalized between June 11 and June 12. Tokenized shares are expected to begin trading on Bybit’s spot market on June 12. Users will be able to purchase shares at the IPO price, bypassing secondary market competition, without needing to open or maintain a traditional brokerage account.
