國務院辦公廳近日印發《關於完善全國統一電力市場體系的實施意見》，提出加快建立綠色電力消費驗證機製，全面引進區塊鏈等技術，對綠色電力生產、消費等環節開展全鏈驗證，並持續強化綠色電力消費溯源，研究將綠證納入碳排放核算的可行路徑。

The General Office of the State Council recently issued the *Implementation Opinions on Improving the National Unified Electric Power Market System*. It proposes accelerating the establishment of a green power consumption certification mechanism, fully introducing technologies such as blockchain to carry out full-chain certification for green power production, consumption and other links, continuously strengthening the traceability of green power consumption, and studying feasible paths to include green certificates into carbon emission accounting.
