據俄羅斯媒體 IZ ru 報導，俄羅斯財政部長 Anton Siluanov 於10月21日宣布，財政部已與俄羅斯央行達成共識，將推動加密貨幣在對外貿易中的合法使用，並製訂相應立法規範。Siluanov 強調，加密資產在跨境支付與資金轉移中扮演重要角色，未來將配合金融監管機構加強監管力度。此前，外匯行業協會估算，俄羅斯公民與企業持有的數位資產規模已超過2.5萬億盧布。

According to Russian media outlet IZ ru, Russian Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov announced on October 21 that the Ministry of Finance has reached a consensus with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to promote the legal use of cryptocurrency in foreign trade and formulate corresponding legislative regulations. Siluanov emphasized that crypto assets play an important role in cross-border payments and fund transfers, and the government will work with financial regulatory authorities to strengthen supervision in the future. Prior to this, the Foreign Exchange Industry Association estimated that the scale of digital assets held by Russian citizens and enterprises has exceeded 2.5 trillion rubles.
