According to *Crypto In America*, a number of crypto industry executives and officials from the Trump administration gathered at the U.S. Capitol today to meet with Republican and Democratic senators. The meeting aimed to restart legislative negotiations on crypto market structure and strive to send the bill to the President for signature before the midterm elections. In the morning, David Sacks, Director of Crypto and AI Policy for President Trump, reaffirmed legislative priorities to Republican members of the Senate Banking Committee. Later, Democratic Senator Kirsten Gillibrand hosted a roundtable meeting, attended by more than a dozen senators including Chuck Schumer.
