美國最大加密貨幣交易所 Coinbase 宣布，已向美國貨幣監理署（OCC）申請國家信託公司執照，成為繼 Circle、Paxos 與 Ripple 之後，又一家提出類似申請的數位資產公司。Coinbase 表示，其無意成為銀行，但認為明確的監管規則有助於公司在確保合規與安全的前提下推動創新。  

Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the United States, has announced that it has applied for a national trust company charter from the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). It has become another digital asset company to submit a similar application following Circle, Paxos, and Ripple. Coinbase stated that it has no intention of becoming a bank, but believes that clear regulatory rules will help it promote innovation while ensuring compliance and security.
