據Techub報導，在香港穩定幣條例正式實施的第一天，包括One Satoshi在內的部分香港加密貨幣OTC線下門店因擔心違反監管要求而暫時歇業。但也有部分OTC線下門店選擇繼續營業。部分選擇繼續營業的店鋪經營者認為，在海外發行的非香港法定貨幣的OTC行為並不在條例監管範圍之內。依據香港的普通法精神，若沒有明確判例認定穩定幣OTC行為違法，OTC業務可能仍可繼續運營。

According to Techub, on the first day of the formal implementation of Hong Kong's Stablecoin Ordinance, some offline cryptocurrency OTC stores in Hong Kong, including One Satoshi, temporarily suspended operations out of concern about violating regulatory requirements. However, some other offline OTC stores chose to continue operating. Operators of some stores that opted to remain open believe that OTC activities involving non-Hong Kong legal tender issued overseas are not within the regulatory scope of the ordinance. In line with the spirit of Hong Kong's common law, if there is no clear judicial precedent deeming stablecoin OTC activities illegal, OTC businesses may still continue to operate.
