國泰君安國際近日透過匯豐的Orion平台成功發行首筆中資券商公募數碼原生債券，規模不超過3億美元，期限為3年，並由其擔任牽頭全球協調人及結算交割行。該債券基於分布式賬本技術（DLT）發行，具備數位化、可編程、自動執行等特性，旨在提升交易透明度並降低結算風險和成本。國泰君安國際此前已向香港證監會提交業務計劃，並獲確認可開展相關發行。 

Guotai Junan International recently successfully issued the first public digital native bond by a Chinese securities firm through HSBC's Orion platform, with a size of no more than USD 300 million and a term of 3 years. It also acted as the lead global coordinator and settlement and delivery bank for the issuance. The bond is issued based on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and features digitization, programmability, and automatic execution, aiming to enhance transaction transparency and reduce settlement risks and costs. Guotai Junan International had previously submitted a business plan to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and received confirmation to carry out the relevant issuance.
