據鳳凰衛視報道，中國商務部國際貿易談判代表兼副部長李成鋼向記者表示，經過2天的談判，中方與美方團隊已經在原則上達成了一個協議框架。雙方將在回國後，向各自的國家領導人彙報相關內容。美國商務部長盧特尼克11日表示，美中倫敦經貿會談成果結合了日內瓦共識與5日中美兩國領導人電話會議的成果；雙方已達成實施日內瓦共識的框架，若獲得美國總統特朗普批準，將予以實施；而達成框架隻是第一步，以消除美中經貿方面的負面情緒；稀土和磁鐵問題預計將在框架中得以解決。

According to Phoenix TV, Li Chenggang, China's International Trade Representative and Vice Minister of Commerce, told reporters that after two days of negotiations, the Chinese and US teams have reached a framework agreement in principle. Both sides will report the details to their respective national leaders upon returning home. US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick stated on the 11th that the results of the US-China trade talks in London integrate the Geneva consensus and the outcomes of the June 5th telephone meeting between the two heads of state. A framework to implement the Geneva consensus has been reached, subject to approval by US President Trump. He emphasized that reaching the framework is just the first step to eliminate negative sentiments in US-China economic and trade relations, with rare earth and magnet issues expected to be addressed within the framework.
