Recently, Ding Xiwen, a lecturer from Gart, officially led and organized a three-day specialized training program for leaders and core backbone members of all communities. With the core orientation of *'Empowering Independent Community Development'*, this training focused precisely on building capabilities for the entire process of community operations, laying a solid foundation for all communities to achieve independent and self-driven operations in the future.
The core purpose of this training is to systematically enhance the operational management capabilities and professional explanation skills of core community members, establish a self-sustaining talent echelon for each community, and at the same time reserve high-quality backbone forces for the overall prosperity of the Gart ecosystem. More importantly, through this centralized training, Gart aims to drive all communities to gradually reduce their reliance on the company's support and build an independent development model featuring *'independent decision-making, independent operation, and independent service'* — which is also the core goal of this training. By empowering core community members, each community will be equipped with comprehensive capabilities to independently meet player needs, organize activities, and deliver professional explanations, thereby improving the operational efficiency and risk resistance capacity of the entire Gart ecosystem.
Gart expects all communities to take this training as a crucial opportunity to comprehensively strengthen their operational capabilities and consolidate the foundation for independent development. Going forward, the company will continue to provide necessary support and guidance for all communities, helping them achieve high-quality and independent development, and jointly building a more robust and diversified ecosystem development pattern.
