Recently, the first phase of training for the Shenzhen GartLegend Business Division entered its crucial third day. All agendas progressed in an orderly manner, and the training finally came to a successful end with a warm dinner.  

On the third day of the training, General Zhai Anyang (General Zhai) delivered an in-depth explanation focusing on Gart Legend’s community reward mechanism. He not only detailed the core responsibilities of the game community and the corresponding reward system but also used 'city lord rewards' as an entry point to vividly depict the grand scene of Gart Legend’s 10,000-player city battle, allowing trainees to intuitively experience the charm of the game’s core gameplay. Subsequently, General Wang Zihao (General Wang) further shared the multiple advantages of serving as a game community leader, providing clear guidance for the trainees’ future work.  

As the training drew to a close, the business division conducted on-site assessments for all trainees, focusing on testing their mastery of the training knowledge. Trainees who passed the assessment completed on-site contracts, officially embarking on their cooperative journey with GartLegend. On the same evening, the business division held an exclusive dinner to thank the trainees for their participation, which also marked the successful conclusion of the first phase of Gart Legend’s training.  

The smooth completion of this training has reserved core talents for Gart Legend’s subsequent community operations and market expansion, and also laid a solid foundation for the construction of the game ecosystem.
