沃勒於週日在克羅埃西亞杜布羅夫尼克的論壇中表示：「採用這類產品的國家等同實施釘住匯率製度，本質上導入美國資金成本，進而拓展美國貨幣政策在使用穩定幣各國的影響範圍。」

此番言論延續其一貫立場。沃勒在2025年2月演講即表明支持穩定幣，認為該幣種能夠鞏固美元儲備貨幣地位，但必須配套完備的監理法規進行約束。

Fed Governor Christopher Waller argued that the global proliferation of stablecoins may amplify the international influence of U.S. monetary policy.

Speaking at an event in Dubrovnik, Croatia on Sunday, Waller commented: “Countries adopting these instruments effectively operate a fixed-exchange-rate regime; they import U.S. financing costs, which broadens the reach of American monetary policy across stablecoin-using jurisdictions.”

His remarks align with earlier viewpoints. In a February 2025 speech, Waller voiced support for stablecoins for their potential to strengthen the U.S. dollar’s reserve status, alongside the need for clear regulatory rules to govern the sector.
