Ranald McGregor-Smith, Executive Chairman of Satsuma, confirmed that some shareholders have demanded capital returns, adding that the company is exploring plans to safeguard the interests of all shareholders. Satsuma raised $221 million in August last year for its Bitcoin treasury strategy, and currently holds 646 BTC. Sources revealed that shareholders also called for management reshuffle. Satsuma has since announced that CEO Henry Elder and CFO Andrew Smith have resigned.
