古巴中央銀行（BCC）首次批準 10 家企業（包括 9 家中小微企業及 1 家合資企業）使用加密貨幣進行國際支付，相關許可已於 3 月 23 日 刊登於官方公報。許可有效期為 1 年，可申請續期，企業僅可將加密資產用於與主營業務相關的跨境支付，並須透過獲得古巴央行許可的虛擬資產服務商（VASP）進行操作，同時按季度向監管機構報告交易金額、所用幣種及中介服務商資訊。這是古巴首次向本土企業發放直接用於跨境支付的加密貨幣營運許可。

The Central Bank of Cuba (BCC) has granted approval for 10 domestic companies—comprising nine micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises and one joint venture—to use cryptocurrencies for international payments for the first time. The relevant licenses were published in the Official Gazette on March 23. The licenses are valid for one year and are renewable. Companies may only use crypto assets for cross-border payments related to their core business operations, must transact through Central Bank of Cuba-licensed Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), and are required to report transaction volumes, currencies used, and intermediary service provider information to regulators on a quarterly basis. This marks the first time Cuba has issued operational licenses to domestic companies explicitly for cryptocurrency cross-border payments.
