紐約證券交易所（NYSE）母公司洲際交易所（Intercontinental Exchange, ICE）已對加密貨幣交易所OKX進行投資，該公司估值達250億美元。ICE將取得OKX董事會一個席位，但未披露具體投資金額或條款細節。

未來，OKX將提供ICE其平台上可交易加密貨幣的即時價格數據；同時OKX將允許其用戶交易紐約證券交易所上市的代幣化股票與衍生性商品，此功能預計於2026年下半年上線。

洲際交易所此前曾於去年11月向預測市場Polymarket投資20億美元，該平台估值達90億美元。

OKX企業事務全球管理合夥人表示，計畫將交易所5000名員工中最多2000人遷至美國，但未提供時程表；並透露未來與洲際交易所可能存在更大規模的合作關係。

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), has made an investment in cryptocurrency exchange OKX, valuing the firm at $25 billion. ICE will secure a board seat at OKX. However, the exact amount of capital injected or the specific terms of the investment remain undisclosed.

OKX will provide ICE with real-time price data for cryptocurrencies tradable on its platforms. In return, OKX will allow its users to trade tokenized stocks and derivatives listed on the NYSE. This feature is expected to launch in the second half of 2026.

ICE previously made a $200 million investment in prediction market Polymarket last November, valuing the platform at $9 billion.

The Global Managing Partner of OKX for Corporate Affairs stated that the exchange plans to relocate up to 2,000 of its 5,000 employees to the United States, but declined to provide a timeline. He also hinted at potential for an even broader partnership with ICE in the future.
