據西班牙媒體 Cinco Días 報導，由 12 家歐洲大型銀行組成的 Qivalis 聯盟正推進其歐元穩定幣項目，並已進入與加密交易所、造市商及流動性供應商洽談發行合作的後期階段，目標於 2026 年下半年正式上線。成員包括 CaixaBank、BNP Paribas、ING、UniCredit 及 BBVA 等。該穩定幣將 1:1 掛鉤歐元，至少 40% 準備金為銀行存款，其餘主要配置於高評級歐元區短期主權債券，支援 24/7 贖回。

According to Spanish media Cinco Días, the Qivalis consortium, consisting of 12 major European banks, is advancing its euro stablecoin project and has entered the late stage of distribution partnership discussions with cryptocurrency exchanges, market makers, and liquidity providers. The project is targeted for official launch in the second half of 2026.

Members include CaixaBank, BNP Paribas, ING, UniCredit, BBVA, among others.

The stablecoin will be pegged 1:1 to the euro, with at least 40% of reserves held as bank deposits and the remainder mainly allocated to highly rated short-term sovereign bonds in the euro area, supporting 24/7 redemptions.
