特朗普當天接受美國消費者新聞與商業頻道採訪時表示，美國在伊朗的軍事行動「進展順利，甚至提前完成計畫」。同時，結束衝突「取決於許多因素」。

同一天，內塔尼亞胡在以色列國防部發表聲明稱，以軍正以「越來越強的力度」打擊伊朗首都德黑蘭的「核心地帶」，未來幾天還將「進一步升級」，以色列與美國將攜手實現「徹底擊垮伊朗政權」的目標。

以色列國防軍發表聲明稱，以軍迄今已「消滅」伊朗及其「地區代理人」的全部高階領導人，包括伊朗最高領袖哈梅內伊、巴勒斯坦伊斯蘭抵抗運動（哈瑪斯）前領導人辛瓦爾、哈瑪斯軍事部門前指揮官戴夫、黎巴嫩真主黨前領導人納斯魯拉、葉門胡塞武裝前總參謀長加馬裏。

On March 1, U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that joint U.S.-Israel military operations against Iran had killed **48 Iranian leadership figures**. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the same day that operations would be “further escalated” in the coming days.

In an interview with CNBC, Trump stated that U.S. military operations in Iran were “going well, even ahead of schedule,” while adding that ending the conflict “depends on many factors”.

In a statement at the Israeli Ministry of Defense, Netanyahu said the Israeli military was striking the “core areas” of Tehran with “increasing intensity” and would “further escalate” in the days ahead, with the U.S. and Israel working together to achieve the goal of “completely toppling the Iranian regime”.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) issued a statement claiming it had “eliminated” all senior leaders of Iran and its “regional proxies” to date, including Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, former Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, former Hamas military commander Mohammed Deif, former Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, and former Houthi chief of staff Abdul Qadir al-Jamri.
