會議上，創辦人趙總正式任命龔喜龔總、李大有李總為加特莊園中國區域負責人，負責統籌加特莊園中國區域相關工作。同時，會議明確加特2026年核心戰略目標——吸納10萬玩家，凝聚全員奮進方向。

隨後，龔喜龔總、李大有李總相繼發言，圍繞加特莊園一系列相關推進政策進行詳細解讀，進一步統一各社區負責人思想，為目標落地、政策執行築牢基礎，助力2026年戰略目標圓滿達成。
