2月28日，月末收官之日，加特各遊戲社群同步開啟最後衝刺模式，全體成員凝心聚力、全力以赴，向著月末目標發起最後攻堅。各社群結合自身實際，精準發力、各有側重，掀起了全員衝刺的熱潮。

各社群負責人以及骨幹帶頭攻堅，全體成員協同發力。其中，桂林遊戲社群聚焦意向玩家培育，專人專項為意向玩家細緻講解加特布局細節及現有公司政策，耐心解答疑問、傳遞發展信心，全力推動意向轉化；盤錦遊戲社群則兵分兩路、雙線發力，那軍那總親赴營口開展專項動員會，凝聚當地夥伴力量、明確衝刺方向，其餘合夥人則堅守社群，紮實做好後勤保障、客戶對接及上單服務等各項支撐工作，確保衝刺工作高效推進、無縫銜接。還有許多社群忙碌到深夜。

此次月末衝刺，不僅凝聚了各社群的奮進合力，更彰顯了全體玩家的責任與擔當。加特各社群的精準發力，為2月份工作圓滿收官築牢基礎，也為後續各項工作的有序推動注入強勁動力。

On February 28, the final day of the month, Gart’s game communities launched a final synchronized sprint. All members united and went all out to achieve the month-end targets. Each community acted according to its own situation, focused on key tasks, and set off a full-team sprint.

Community leaders and core members took the lead in the push, with all members working together efficiently.

Guilin Game Community focused on developing prospective players, with dedicated staff explaining Gart’s layout details and current company policies, answering questions patiently, building confidence, and striving to convert prospects.

Panjin Game Community adopted a two-pronged approach: Mr. Na Jun went to Yingkou to hold a special mobilization meeting to unite local partners and clarify goals; other partners stayed at the community to provide solid support including logistics, client coordination, and account registration services, ensuring smooth and efficient progress.

Many other communities also worked late into the night.

This month-end sprint not only strengthened unity and teamwork across all communities, but also demonstrated the responsibility and commitment of all players.

The targeted efforts of Gart’s communities laid a solid foundation for the successful conclusion of February’s work and injected strong momentum for the orderly development of future initiatives.
