OpenAI 宣布完成 1100 億美元融資，為民間科技公司史上規模最大之單筆融資。

亞馬遜、輝達與軟銀分別投資 500 億、300 億與 300 億美元，本輪融資對應投資前估值 7300 億美元，高於去年 10 月次級融資時的 5000 億美元估值。

OpenAI 同時擴大與 AWS 之合作協議，未來 8 年將原本 380 億美元的合作規模追加至 1000 億美元，並由 AWS 成為其企業平台 Frontier 之獨家第三方雲端發行商。

OpenAI has announced the completion of a $110 billion funding round, the largest ever for a private technology company. Amazon, NVIDIA, and SoftBank invested $50 billion, $30 billion, and $30 billion respectively. The round values the company at a pre-money valuation of $730 billion, up from $500 billion in its secondary funding round last October.

OpenAI has also expanded its partnership agreement with AWS. Over the next eight years, the original $38 billion cooperation scale will be increased to $100 billion, with AWS becoming the exclusive third-party cloud distributor for its enterprise platform, Frontier.
