9 位美國參議院民主黨籍議員緻函財政部長 Scott Bessent 與司法部長 Pam Bondi，要求調查 Binance 之製裁遵循與反非法金融管控狀況，聲稱有媒體報導指出該平台可能涉及資金流向恐怖組織。

連署議員包含 Elizabeth Warren、Richard Blumenthal、Mark Warner 等人。

信函中指出，若龐大資金得透過 Binance 流向恐怖組織或規避製裁者，將對美國國家安全構成重大威脅，並要求說明該平台是否遵守 2023 年達成之和解協議相關規範要求。

Binance 共同執行長 Richard Teng 先前則表示，部分媒體報導「與事實不符且具誹謗性」。

Nine Democratic senators of the U.S. Senate sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Attorney General Pam Bondi, calling for an investigation into Binance’s sanctions compliance and anti-illegal financial controls. They cited media reports claiming the platform may be involved in fund flows to terrorist organizations. Signatories include Elizabeth Warren, Richard Blumenthal, Mark Warner, among others.

The letter states that if large sums of money can flow to terrorist organizations or sanctions evaders through Binance, it would pose a significant threat to U.S. national security. It also demands clarification on whether Binance is complying with the compliance requirements outlined in the 2023 settlement agreement.

Binance co-CEO Richard Teng previously stated that some media reports are “false and defamatory.”
