香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會（SFC）於2月6日召開第三場數位資產諮詢小組會議，與持牌虛擬資產交易平台共同討論未來監管發展方向。會議重點探討強化數位資產生態體系的相關計畫，具體包含提升持牌平台的流動性，以及進一步擴展產品與服務類型的監管措施。證監會中介機構部執行董事葉誌衡表示，將在創新與穩健的投資者保障之間求取平衡，並透過ASPIRe路線圖中的「關係」支柱，持續與業界緊密合作。

The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) held the third Digital Asset Advisory Group meeting on February 6, where it discussed the future regulatory development with licensed virtual asset trading platforms. The meeting focused on plans to strengthen the digital asset ecosystem, including specific regulatory measures to enhance the liquidity of licensed platforms and further expand the types of products and services offered. Ip Chi-hang, Executive Director of the Intermediaries Division at the SFC, stated that the regulator will strike a balance between innovation and robust investor protection, and continue to cooperate closely with the industry through the 'Relationship' pillar under the ASPIRe roadmap.
