It was learned on February 1 local time that member states of the OPEC+ alliance have agreed to maintain the production hike suspension policy and keep crude oil output unchanged in March with no further increases.

OPEC+ announced that its member states reached a consensus in a meeting to hold March crude oil production steady. Recently, crude oil prices have risen amid market fears that the United States may launch a military strike against Iran, a member state of OPEC.
