香港財庫局局長許正宇表示，香港持續推動虛擬資產監理工作。《穩定幣條例》已正式生效，金管局正處理法幣穩定幣發行人的執照申請；針對虛擬資產交易、託管、諮詢及管理服務的監理製度，將於今年內提交立法會審議。政府亦計劃落實經濟合作暨發展組織（OECD）的加密資產申報框架，預計自2028年起推動跨境稅務資訊自動交換。

Christopher Hui, Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of Hong Kong, stated that Hong Kong is continuously advancing the regulation of virtual assets. The **Stablecoins Ordinance** has come into force, and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is processing license applications from fiat-backed stablecoin issuers. A regulatory regime for virtual asset trading, custody, advisory and management services will be submitted to the Legislative Council within this year. The government also plans to implement the OECD Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework, with the automatic exchange of cross-border tax information expected to launch in 2028.
