Binance has issued an announcement detailing its token listing process and framework, covering the Alpha platform, futures contracts and spot trading. The assessment encompasses the following key areas: product quality, real-world use cases of the product, token utility, user metrics, business and revenue models, among others. Binance emphasized that project teams must submit listing applications directly through official channels, with third-party agency operations strictly prohibited. Any act claiming to assist with token listings in exchange for fees constitutes fraud. Binance has published a list of multiple blacklisted intermediaries, namely BitABC, Central Research, May / Dannie, Andrew Lee, Suki Yang, Fiona Lee and Kenny Z, and stated that it will take legal action to combat such fraudulent activities.
