中國萬向控股副董事長暨萬向區塊鏈董事長肖風，於 2025 年 10 月 23 日上海國際區塊鏈週發表演講。本次演講中，肖風以「區塊鏈：新金融基礎設施」為題，系統性回顧自 2009 年比特幣白皮書誕生至今，區塊鏈如何從點對點的電子現金系統，演進為重構全球金融市場的新型底層架構。他從支付、清算、結算的邏輯切入，追溯金融基礎設施的歷史演變，並指出區塊鏈的本質，是一種可實現「支付即結算、交易即交收」的去中心化帳本體系。

演講深入分析美國市場的製度變革與代幣化競爭，闡述金融體系從「數位原生」向「數位孿生」的遷移過程，以及資產與貨幣代幣化的不可逆趨勢。肖風提出，區塊鏈所承載的不隻是技術革新，更是一場全球金融體系的基礎設施更迭 —— 從中心化信任轉向演算法信任，從原子結構的財富形態轉向位元（比特）結構的財富形態。未來的金融市場將以區塊鏈為核心，建構起開放、高效、低成本的新一代全球金融網絡。

Xiao Feng, Vice Chairman of China Wanxiang Holdings and Chairman of Wanxiang Blockchain, delivered a speech at the 2025 Shanghai International Blockchain Week on October 23. Titled 'Blockchain: The New Financial Infrastructure,' his speech systematically reviewed how blockchain has evolved from a peer-to-peer electronic cash system (since the release of Bitcoin’s whitepaper in 2009) into a new underlying architecture that reshapes global financial markets. Starting from the logic of payment, clearing, and settlement, he traced the historical evolution of financial infrastructure and pointed out that the essence of blockchain is a decentralized ledger system capable of realizing 'payment as settlement and transaction as delivery versus payment (DVP).'  

The speech conducted an in-depth analysis of institutional reforms and tokenization competition in the U.S. market, expounded on the migration process of the financial system from 'digital native' to 'digital twin,' and the irreversible trend of asset and currency tokenization. Xiao Feng proposed that blockchain carries not only technological innovation but also a global replacement of financial system infrastructure — shifting from centralized trust to algorithmic trust, and from wealth in an atomic structure to wealth in a bit structure. The future financial market will take blockchain as its core to build a new generation of open, efficient, and low-cost global financial network.
