10 月 27 日，一場匯聚加特核心力量的跨社群交流活動熱烈展開 —— 國內市場龔喜總、李大有總親自帶隊，攜加特越南分公司骨幹團隊，與深圳馬總、襄陽盧總、漯河趙總、周口盧總、臺州孫總等各遊戲社群管理委員會（簡稱「管委會」）負責人齊聚一堂，在深度互動中重溫加特發展足跡，共話團結協作未來。

活動核心環節，加特管委會負責人尚總以「加特一路走來的初心與堅守」為主題展開分享，將加特的發展歷程娓娓道來：從初期搭建核心機製時的反覆打磨，到面對市場波動時堅持「全員共贏」的理念調整；從第一個社群落地時的謹慎小心，到如今覆蓋海內外多區域、凝聚數萬「加特人」的生態規模。尚總透過一個個真實案例、一組組成長數據，讓在場所有人清晰了解加特「從無到有、從弱到強」的每一步 —— 面對行業質疑時，是各社群負責人主動站出來分享運營心得，幫加特穩住信心…… 這些細節不僅勾起了資深「加特人」的共同記憶，也讓越南分公司骨幹團隊更深刻理解加特生態的根基所在。

交流過程中，龔總、李總始終扮演「橋樑與紐帶」的角色：他們結合自身參與加特發展的經歷，補充講述各社群在關鍵節點的支持故事。越南分公司骨幹團隊聽得格外認真，不時提問「當時面對社群發展困難，加特是如何凝聚各社群共識的」；而各社群負責人毫無保留地分享經驗，現場你一言我一語，既有對過往的感慨，更有對未來的期許，完全沒有「區域隔閡」，反而像一家人圍坐談心。

「從尚總講的歷史裡，能感受到加特不是靠某個人撐起來的，是所有人擰成一股繩才走到今天！」越南分公司骨幹代表由衷感慨；成立時間較久的幾個社群負責人補充道：「這麼多年，不管遇到什麼問題，隻要尚總、龔總、李總牽頭，各社群喊一聲都能響應，這種團結的勁兒，比什麼都珍貴。」

此次跨社群交流，不僅讓加特越南團隊與國內各社群深度連結，更透過複盤發展歷史，再次凝聚「加特人」的共識 —— 加特的成長，是一部「眾人拾柴」的團結史；而未來的發展，也必將在這份同心協力中走得更穩、更遠。

On October 27, a vibrant cross-community exchange event bringing together GATE’s core forces kicked off. General Gong Xi and General Li Dayou from the domestic market led the team in person, accompanied by key members of GATE Vietnam Branch. They gathered with heads of various gaming community management committees (referred to as 'Committees' for short), including General Ma from Shenzhen, General Lu from Xiangyang, General Zhao from Luohe, General Lu from Zhoukou, and General Sun from Taizhou. Amid in-depth interactions, they revisited GATE’s development footprint and discussed the future of united collaboration.  

In the core session of the event, General Shang, head of GATE’s Committee, delivered a sharing titled 'GATE’s Original Aspiration and Persistence Along the Way,' vividly recounting GATE’s development journey: from the repeated refinement of building core mechanisms in the early stage, to the adjustment of adhering to the 'win-win for all' concept in the face of market fluctuations; from the caution when launching the first community, to the current ecological scale covering multiple domestic and overseas regions and uniting tens of thousands of 'GATE members.' Through real cases and sets of growth data, General Shang enabled everyone present to clearly understand every step of GATE’s journey from 'nothing to something, and from weakness to strength' — when facing doubts from the industry, it was the heads of various communities who took the initiative to share operational experiences and help GATE stabilize confidence... These details not only evoked the shared memories of senior 'GATE members' but also allowed the key team of Vietnam Branch to gain a deeper understanding of the foundation of GATE’s ecosystem.  

During the exchange, General Gong and General Li always played the role of 'bridges and links': combining their own experiences in participating in GATE’s development, they supplemented with stories about the support provided by various communities at key nodes. The key team of Vietnam Branch listened with great attention and occasionally asked questions such as 'How did GATE unite the consensus of various communities when facing difficulties in community development?' Meanwhile, the heads of various communities shared their experiences without reservation. The scene was filled with mutual discussions — there were reflections on the past and expectations for the future. There was no 'regional barrier' at all; instead, it felt like a family sitting together chatting.  

'Aware from the history shared by General Shang that GATE is not supported by a single person, but by everyone uniting as one to get to where it is today!' a representative of the key members from Vietnam Branch sighed sincerely. The heads of several long-established communities added, 'Over the years, no matter what problems we encounter, as long as General Shang, General Gong, and General Li take the lead, all communities will respond as soon as we call. This spirit of unity is more precious than anything else.'  

This cross-community exchange not only enabled GATE Vietnam Team to connect deeply with various domestic communities but also, by reviewing the development history, reconsolidated the consensus of 'GATE members' — GATE’s growth is a history of unity built by 'everyone contributing their part'; and its future development will surely move forward more steadily and further with this concerted effort.
