10 月 26 日，加特越南分公司重要骨幹團隊專程前往國內，圍繞加特核心機製、國內成熟運營模式展開深度考察學習。加特核心管理層龔喜總、李大有總對遠道而來的越南團隊給予極高重視。加特講師丁璽文則全程陪同講解，確保考察交流高效落地。

交流期間，加特講師葉小冉、丁璽文圍繞加特核心運營機製、商業邏輯等重點要點展開細緻講解，拆解加特機製優勢與落地方法；而龔總、李總則結合自身深耕行業多年的經驗與加特全球發展規劃，與越南骨幹團隊展開「一對一」式深度溝通。面對越南團隊提出的本地運營難點，龔總以國內社群從 0 到 1 的運營實例為參考，分享「因地製宜優化策略」的實操方法；李總則聚焦團隊管理與資源整合，手把手指導如何將國內「玩家賦能＋社群激活」的成熟模式，結合越南當地文化特色進行落地，同時主動詢問越南團隊在推進業務時的資源需求，並表示將協調總部力量給予支持。

此次越南骨幹團隊的國內學習考察，不僅讓其更清晰掌握加特核心機製，也為加特海內外團隊搭建了高效溝通橋樑，為後續越南分公司更好推進業務、深化加特生態布局奠定堅實基礎。

On October 26, a team of key members from GATE Vietnam Branch made a special trip to China to conduct in-depth study and inspection on GATE’s core mechanisms and mature domestic operation models. General Gong Xi and General Li Dayou, core members of GATE’s management, attached great importance to the Vietnamese team who had traveled a long way. Ding Xiwen, a GATE lecturer, accompanied and explained throughout the process to ensure the efficient implementation of the inspection and exchange.

During the exchange, GATE lecturers Ye Xiaoran and Ding Xiwen gave detailed explanations on key points such as GATE’s core operation mechanisms and business logic, and analyzed the advantages of GATE’s mechanisms and methods for their implementation. General Gong and General Li, combining their years of in-depth experience in the industry and GATE’s global development plan, conducted one-on-one in-depth communication with the key members of the Vietnamese team. In response to the difficulties in local operation raised by the Vietnamese team, General Gong referred to the practical cases of building domestic communities from scratch and shared practical methods for 'optimizing strategies in line with local conditions'. General Li focused on team management and resource integration, and guided the Vietnamese team hands-on on how to implement the mature domestic model of 'player empowerment + community activation' in combination with Vietnam’s local cultural characteristics. At the same time, he took the initiative to inquire about the resource needs of the Vietnamese team in promoting their business and stated that he would coordinate the resources of the headquarters to provide support.

This study and inspection trip of the key members of the Vietnamese team to China not only enabled them to grasp GATE’s core mechanisms more clearly, but also built an efficient communication bridge for GATE’s domestic and overseas teams. It has laid a solid foundation for the Vietnam Branch to better promote its business and deepen the layout of GATE’s ecosystem in the future.
