加納中央銀行總裁強森・阿西亞馬（Johnson Asiama）在國際貨幣基金組織（IMF）會議中表示，該國將在年底前出臺加密貨幣監管法案。阿西亞馬指出：「法案已提交國會，期望能在 12 月底前完成立法程序，使加納得以正式監管加密貨幣。」加納中央銀行早在 2024 年 8 月就已發布法案草案，目前該國約有 300 萬人（占全國人口近 9%）使用加密貨幣。

Johnson Asiama, Governor of the Bank of Ghana, stated at an IMF meeting that the country will introduce a cryptocurrency regulation bill by the end of this year. 'The bill has been submitted to parliament, and we hope to complete the legislation by the end of December, enabling Ghana to formally regulate cryptocurrencies,' Asiama said. As early as August 2024, the Bank of Ghana had released a draft of the bill. Currently, approximately 3 million people (accounting for nearly 9% of the national population) use cryptocurrencies in Ghana.
