據《金融時報》（FT）報導，阿裏巴巴旗下螞蟻集團與京東等科技公司，已暫停在香港發行穩定幣的計畫。消息人士指出，這些公司在收到來自中國人民銀行與國家網路安全和信息化委員會辦公室（網信辦）等監管機構「暫不推進專案」的指示後，便擱置相關計畫。

此前，香港已於今年5月通過《穩定幣法案》，建立與法定貨幣掛鉤的穩定幣發行人發牌製度，螞蟻集團與京東原本均表示將參與試點。

According to the Financial Times (FT), technology companies including Ant Group (owned by Alibaba) and JD.com have suspended their plans to issue stablecoins in Hong Kong. Sources said these companies put the relevant plans on hold after receiving instructions from regulatory authorities such as the People's Bank of China (PBOC) and the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) to 'not advance the projects for the time being'. Previously, Hong Kong passed the *Stablecoins Ordinance* in May, establishing a licensing system for issuers of fiat-collateralized stablecoins, and both Ant Group and JD.com had originally stated that they would participate in the pilot program.
