為協助受影響用戶，Backpack 宣布補助方案：現貨-合約套利帳戶槓桿低於5倍者，將獲100%補助；BTC借貸被動減倉帳戶給予全額補助；清算手續費則返還50%。

Backpack issued an announcement to explain the extreme market fluctuations on October 11, stating that the event was mainly caused by the outage of multiple exchanges and the sudden suspension of liquidity from market makers, which led to a short-term deviation of the BTC spot price from the average market price. During the extreme market conditions, the platform liquidated high-leverage positions in accordance with regulations, while the system remained stable, with no socialized losses or fund recovery issues occurring. To assist affected users, Backpack announced a compensation plan: users with a leverage ratio of less than 5x in spot-futures arbitrage accounts will receive 100% compensation; users with BTC lending accounts that were passively reduced in positions will receive full compensation; and 50% of liquidation fees will be refunded.
