Bybit 已取得阿聯酋證券與商品管理局（SCA）核發的虛擬資產平台運營商（Virtual Asset Platform Operator，簡稱 VAPO）執照，成為首家獲批此項執照的加密貨幣交易所。該執照允許 Bybit 在阿聯酋境內提供受監管的虛擬資產交易、經紀、託管及法定貨幣兌換服務，服務對象涵蓋零售客戶與機構客戶。Bybit 表示，將進一步擴大在當地的業務布局，在阿布達比設立區域運營中心，並與當地合作夥伴共同推動教育項目及 Web3 創新專案。

Bybit has obtained the Virtual Asset Platform Operator (VAPO) license issued by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), becoming the first cryptocurrency exchange to be granted this license. The license allows Bybit to provide regulated virtual asset trading, brokerage, custody, and fiat currency exchange services in the UAE, covering both retail and institutional clients. Bybit stated that it will further expand its local business layout, establish a regional operation center in Abu Dhabi, and work with local partners to promote educational programs and Web3 innovation projects.
