Bybit今日宣布成立企業對企業（B2B）領域的全新部門BBU，專門為機構與企業客戶提供服務，服務內容包括整合第三方結算與場外託管、現實世界資產（RWA）質押品計畫、代幣化產品的雙向發行，以及數位財務資產（DTA）解決方案等。其中，場外託管與第三方結算是最迫切的需求之一，透過此服務，機構可將資產託管於受監管的託管機構（如銀行）手中，同時保留即時交易授信額度。王瑤怡（Yoyee Wang）將擔任BBU負責人，她過去曾在加拿大皇家銀行擔任交易風險分析師與投資組合經理。

Bybit announced today the launch of BBU, a new division dedicated to the Business-to-Business (B2B) sector, which will provide services for institutional and corporate clients. These services include the integration of third-party settlement and over-the-counter (OTC) custody, Real-World Asset (RWA) collateral programs, two-way issuance of tokenized products, and Digital Financial Asset (DTA) solutions, among others. Among these, OTC custody and third-party settlement are among the most urgent needs. Through this service, institutions can place their assets with regulated custodians (such as banks) while retaining real-time trading credit limits. Yoyee Wang will serve as the head of BBU; she previously worked at the Royal Bank of Canada as a trading risk analyst and portfolio manager.
