聯邦準備理事會（Fed）宣布將終止其「新型活動監管計畫」（Novel Activities Supervision Program），並將相關監管工作重新納入常規監管流程。該計畫自2023年設立以來，專注於對銀行機構開展的加密貨幣及金融科技相關活動進行強化監管。聯邦準備理事會表示，隨著對相關活動、風險及銀行風險管理實務理解的深化，現已不再需要單獨的監管框架，因此決定撤銷創建該計畫的2023年監管函件，並將監管職責歸入常規流程。  

The Federal Reserve announced that it will terminate its 'Novel Activities Supervision Program' and reintegrate relevant regulatory work into routine regulatory processes. Since its establishment in 2023, this program has focused on strengthening supervision over crypto and fintech-related activities carried out by banking institutions. The Federal Reserve stated that with the deepening understanding of relevant activities, risks, and banks' risk management practices, a separate regulatory framework is no longer needed. Therefore, it has decided to revoke the 2023 regulatory letter that created the program and incorporate regulatory responsibilities into routine processes.
