據《人大金融科技研究所》公眾號報導，2025年7月27日，由中國人民大學、南開大學主辦的2025國際貨幣論壇在北京舉行。南開大學校長陳雨露在開幕式上緻辭。陳雨露指出，人工智慧與數位經濟正重塑全球經濟發展進程，數位貨幣已成為國際貨幣體系重構的核心變量。他強調，個別國家強推單極化穩定幣將因「背離多極格局、放大市場傳染風險、美債美元震盪外溢、傳統貨幣錯配風險增加新傳導渠道、監管真空」五大隱患而加劇系統性風險。呼籲堅持「價值本真性、系統穩健性、普惠包容性」三大原則，推動央行數位貨幣與合規穩定幣協同發展，共建多邊數位貨幣流動性互助網路，攜手「全球南方」構建平等互惠的數位絲綢之路，塑造包容普惠的全球數位貨幣金融新秩序。

According to the official WeChat account of *Renmin University Institute of Financial Technology*, the 2025 International Monetary Forum, hosted by Renmin University of China and Nankai University, was held in Beijing on July 27, 2025. Chen Yulu, President of Nankai University, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. Chen Yulu pointed out that artificial intelligence and the digital economy are reshaping the global economic development process, and digital currency has become a core variable in the reconstruction of the international monetary system. He emphasized that individual countries' forced promotion of unipolar stablecoins will exacerbate systemic risks due to five hidden dangers: 'deviating from the multipolar pattern, amplifying market contagion risks, spillover effects of U.S. debt and dollar fluctuations, adding new transmission channels for traditional currency mismatch risks, and regulatory vacuum.' He called for adhering to the three principles of 'value authenticity, system stability, and inclusive accessibility,' promoting the synergistic development of central bank digital currencies and compliant stablecoins, building a multilateral digital currency liquidity mutual assistance network, working with the 'Global South' to construct an equal and mutually beneficial Digital Silk Road, and shaping an inclusive and accessible new global digital currency financial order.
