港股上市公司連連數位宣布已與配售代理簽訂協議，計劃以每股10.25港元向不少於六名獨立投資者配售3840萬股新H股，預計募集總額約3.94億港元。所募資金將用於區塊鏈等創新技術在全球支付場景的應用、國際業務與牌照拓展及一般企業用途。

Lianlian Digital, a Hong Kong-listed company, announced that it has signed an agreement with placing agents to place 38.4 million new H-shares at HK$10.25 per share to no fewer than six independent investors, with the total amount to be raised expected to be approximately HK$394 million. The funds raised will be used for the application of innovative technologies such as blockchain in global payment scenarios, the expansion of international business and licenses, and general corporate purposes.
