Issuers with a market capitalization exceeding $50 billion must conduct annual audits, and it stipulates priority repayment clauses for foreign issuance and bankruptcy scenarios. The next step is to submit it to the House of Representatives for deliberation, which will decide whether to advance its own version of the *Stablecoin Transparency and Accountability for a Better Ledger Economy Act* or adopt the GENIUS Act passed by the Senate.
