據彭博社，美中貿易談判在倫敦持續逾六小時，雙方將於次日繼續磋商。本輪談判聚焦出口管製問題。美方表示，若中方放寬稀土出口限製，將考慮取消近期針對芯片設計軟件、噴氣發動機零部件、化學品和核材料的出口限製，但不包括用於人工智能的高端Nvidia H2O芯片。 

According to Bloomberg, U.S.-China trade talks lasted over six hours in London, with both sides set to continue consultations the next day. This round of negotiations focuses on export control issues. The U.S. side stated that if China relaxes rare earth export restrictions, it would consider lifting recent export controls on chip design software, jet engine components, chemicals, and nuclear materials, but excluding high-end Nvidia H2O chips for artificial intelligence.
