Coinbase to Launch 24/7BitcoinandEthereum Futures Trading

Coinbase has announced that it will launch 24/7 Bit-coin and Ethereum futures trading in the comingweeks through its CFTC-regulated Coinbase Derivatives exchange, in order to adjust for the differencesin trading hours between the US futures market andthe cryptocurrency market.Coinbase also plans to in-troduce a'perpetual-style' futures contract with along expiration date to narrow the gap with offshoreexchanges that are not regulated by the US. lt hasstated that it has collaborated with the CFTC, marketparticipants,and partners to ensure that this product

complies with regulatory requirements.
