德林控股公告指出，香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會（香港證監會）核准旗下子公司德林證券之第1類（證券交易）受規管活動牌照升級案，相關發牌條件已於2025年12月30日正式生效。德林證券將於完成與證監會持牌平台的系統連接及測試作業後，啟動虛擬資產交易服務，預計2026年2月落實推出。

Deling Holdings announced that the upgrade of the Type 1 (Securities Dealing) regulated activity license and the associated licensing conditions for its subsidiary Deling Securities, approved by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong, has taken effect since December 30, 2025. Deling Securities will commence the provision of virtual asset trading services upon the completion of system integration and testing with the SFC-licensed platform, with the launch expected to be finalized in February 2026.
