Binance has announced that its global operating entity will be fully relocated from the Cayman Islands to the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), having obtained a full regulatory license from the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA). Starting from January 5, 2026, Binance's services will be provided by three ADGM-licensed entities respectively: Nest Exchange Services Limited (trading platform), Nest Clearing and Custody Limited (clearing and custody), and Nest Trading Limited (brokerage and over-the-counter services). Earlier, according to a report by Wu Blockchain, Patrick Hillmann, who served as Binance's external spokesperson in 2022, publicly responded that Binance was currently domiciled in the Cayman Islands, but changes would take place soon.
