以太坊核心開發團隊已進入下一次重大網路升級「Glamsterdam」的最後衝刺階段。各技術團隊於封閉開發者網路（devnets）環境中，針對收錄全部規劃以太坊改進提案（EIP）的分叉版本展開完整測試，此為程式碼凍結、部署至公開測試網（testnets）前的最後開發環節。以太坊基金會DevOps工程師兼核心開發者Parithosh Jayanthi指出，儘管尚未確定精準啟動時程，整體研發進度成果顯著，本次升級預計於2026年下半年正式上線主網。

Ethereum core developers have entered the final sprint phase for the next major network upgrade, Glamsterdam. All teams have begun comprehensive testing of the fork version containing all planned Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) within closed developer networks (devnets). This is the last development stage before the codebase is frozen and deployed to public testnets. Parithosh Jayanthi, DevOps engineer and core developer at the Ethereum Foundation, stated that although an exact activation timeline has not yet been finalized, tremendous progress has been made, and the upgrade is expected to launch on mainnet in the second half of 2026.
