美國證監會文件顯示，紐約證券交易所已提交規則變更，擬於現有市場體系內開放代幣化證券交易。該方案基於DTC為期三年的試點計畫，支援以區塊鏈形式進行清算與結算。

代幣化證券將與傳統證券採用相同代碼、享有同等股東權益，於同一委託簿進行交易，適用相同撮合機製與監管規範，結算維持T+1機製。相關規則已正式生效，主管機關可於60天內暫停實施並展開進一步審查。

According to U.S. SEC filings, the New York Stock Exchange has submitted a rule change proposal to allow the trading of tokenized securities within the existing market system.

The plan is based on a three-year pilot program by DTC, enabling blockchain-based clearing and settlement. Tokenized securities will share the same ticker symbols and shareholder rights as traditional securities, trade on the same order book, and follow identical matching and regulatory rules, with settlement remaining on a T+1 basis.

The rule has taken effect, though regulators may suspend it for further review within 60 days.
