據Bits media報導，烏茲別克斯坦總統沙夫卡特·米爾濟約耶夫簽署法令，於卡拉卡爾帕克斯坦共和國境內，設立名為**Besqala Mining Valley**的特殊經濟區，專門開放給加密貨幣挖礦產業使用。

依相關政策，特區內挖礦業者可享有免稅優惠，優惠期限至2035年1月1日。入駐企業可接入使用再生能源與氫能發電的統一能源系統；特區內產出的加密資產，可於本國及海外平台自由交易。

目前烏茲別克斯坦對比特幣挖礦與交易實施嚴格準入管製，僅開放法人機構透過國家許可的服務商參與，並全面禁止P2P私下交易。

According to Bits Media, Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree to set up a special economic zone named **Besqala Mining Valley** within the Republic of Karakalpakstan, dedicated exclusively to cryptocurrency mining.

Under the policy, miners inside the zone will enjoy tax exemptions valid until January 1, 2035. Settled enterprises are allowed access to a unified energy system powered by renewable energy and hydrogen power. Crypto assets mined in the zone can be freely traded on domestic and overseas platforms.

At present, Uzbekistan enforces strict access rules for Bitcoin mining and trading. Only legal entities are permitted to operate via state-licensed service providers, and P2P transactions are prohibited.
