當地時間4月26日，伊朗外長阿拉格齊結束阿曼一日訪問後，抵達巴基斯坦首都伊斯蘭堡，隨後將繼續前往俄羅斯。

阿拉格齊於短暫停留巴基斯坦期間，與巴國官員就最新區域情勢及國際局勢展開交流。除雙邊事務磋商外，本次行程重點之一，即是透過調解國巴基斯坦，轉達伊朗的停戰條件。

內容包含：為荷姆茲海峽建立全新法製規範、追索賠償、遏止衝突挑釁方再次發動軍事行動、解除海上封鎖等；本次談判議題並不涉及核武相關議題。

On April 26 local time, Iranian Foreign Minister Bagheri Araghchi arrived in Islamabad, Pakistan, after concluding a one-day visit to Oman, before continuing his trip to Russia. During his short stay in Pakistan, he held in-depth exchanges with local officials on the latest regional and international situations.

In addition to bilateral talks, a key agenda of this visit was to convey Iran’s terms for ending the conflict to Pakistan in its capacity as a mediator. The proposals put forward include establishing a new legal framework for the Strait of Hormuz, claiming compensation, ensuring that war instigators refrain from further military aggression, and lifting maritime blockades. The relevant negotiations are not related to nuclear issues.
