As the co‑founder of Binance and Blockchain.com, Changpeng Zhao recently surpassed Bill Gates to become the richest person in the cryptocurrency sector. His estimated $110 billion fortune includes 1,400 Bitcoins, worth approximately $100 million.

On Wednesday, *The New York Times* published an in-depth investigative report naming Adam Back as the top suspected candidate for Bitcoin’s anonymous creator. Back immediately denied the claim on X the same day and again in an interview with Yahoo Finance the following day.
