Bithumb has announced that its IPO plans are expected to be delayed until 2028, a further postponement from its previous target of the second half of 2025. The company remains in the preparation phase, focusing on improving accounting policies, internal controls, and internal review processes. It has signed an advisory agreement with Samjong KPMG (KPMG Korea) that runs through 2027.

Despite reporting revenue of approximately 651 billion KRW (about $430 million) in 2025 and holding a market share of over 30%, recent internal issues and regulatory pressure continue to impact the listing process.
