據香港 01 報導，香港立法會議員吳傑莊與韓國國會議員閔丙德聯合發起「香港–韓國 Web3 政策推動聯盟」，將聚焦數位資產監管、穩定幣機製、區塊鏈基礎設施及跨境數據流動等領域。雙方表示，將推動區域監管協同、促進數位資產與實體經濟融合，並加強企業與人才交流。吳傑莊稱，香港已實施虛擬資產服務提供者發牌製度，並正推進穩定幣發行人監管框架。

According to Hong Kong 01, Hong Kong Legislative Council member Ng Kit Chong and South Korean National Assembly member Min Byung-deok have jointly launched the 'Hong Kong–Korea Web3 Policy Promotion Alliance'.

The alliance will focus on areas including digital asset regulation, stablecoin mechanisms, blockchain infrastructure, and cross-border data flow.

Both sides stated that they will promote regional regulatory coordination, facilitate the integration of digital assets with the real economy, and strengthen business and talent exchanges.

Ng Kit Chong noted that Hong Kong has implemented a licensing regime for virtual asset service providers and is advancing a regulatory framework for stablecoin issuers.
