港股上市公司博雅互動計畫申請股東授權，於未來 12 個月內運用閒置現金，最高以 7000 萬美元買進加密貨幣，標的以比特幣為主，用以支援 Web3 業務發展。

目前公司已持有 4092 枚 BTC、302 枚 ETH 及約 700 萬枚 USDT。因先前已買進約 8051 萬美元等值之比特幣，合併計算後構成重大交易，須經股東同意。

Boyaa Interactive, a Hong Kong-listed company, plans to seek shareholder authorization to use up to $70 million in idle cash over the next 12 months to purchase cryptocurrencies, primarily Bitcoin, to support the development of its Web3 business.

The company currently holds 4,092 BTC, 302 ETH, and approximately 7 million USDT.

Given that it has previously bought around $80.51 million worth of BTC, the combined transaction constitutes a major transaction requiring shareholder approval.
