幣安（Binance）創辦人趙長鵬發文表示，身為股東當然希望幣安估值上漲，但在加密貨幣價格下跌時，交易量與手續費收入走弱，幣安估值也難以提升；幣安作為產業最大交易所，其成長與收縮和產業週期高度相關。

CZ 聲稱自己從不做空或試圖「壓低價格」，並表示即便不再管理幣安，仍持續與各國政府溝通，推動加密產業發展；同時認為《富比士》以「幣安估值上漲」推估其淨資產增加的邏輯並不嚴謹。

CZ 還補充，財富超過一定門檻後，對幸福感的提升有限，更重要的是健康、家庭與正面影響。

Changpeng Zhao (CZ), founder of Binance, stated in a post that as a shareholder, he naturally hopes Binance’s valuation will increase. However, when crypto prices decline, trading volume and fee income weaken, making it difficult for Binance’s valuation to rise. As the largest exchange in the industry, Binance’s growth and contraction are highly correlated with industry cycles.

CZ stressed that he never engages in short selling or attempts to 'suppress prices.' He added that even though he no longer manages Binance, he continues to communicate with governments in multiple countries to promote the development of crypto. He also argued that Forbes’ logic of estimating an increase in his net worth based on 'rising Binance valuation' is not rigorous.

CZ further noted that once wealth exceeds a certain threshold, it contributes little to happiness; what matters more is health, family, and positive impact.
