According to Reuters, the UK Treasury announced that the British and U.S. governments will establish a new body to reduce regulatory barriers for businesses raising capital in both countries’ capital markets and strengthen cooperation in crypto assets.

The agency, named the **Transatlantic Future Markets Working Group**, will deliver a report within 180 days with recommendations to enhance short-term bilateral cooperation and explore long-term frameworks, including institutional-grade digital markets.

To support its domestic digital asset industry, the UK is seeking alignment with the U.S. on crypto asset regulation.
